1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders through our online shop. By placing an order, you accept these conditions.
2. Contract
Product listings in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. A purchase contract is only formed upon order confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in CHF including VAT
- Payment methods: TWINT (up to CHF 5,000 per order), credit/debit card, PayPal, prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment is required in advance
4. Shipping
- Shipping within Switzerland and internationally
- Standard shipping within Switzerland: CHF 4.90, regardless of order value
- Express shipping: standard rate + CHF 5.00
- International shipping: flat CHF 14.90
- Shipping within 1-3 business days
- All shipments are insured
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Items must be returned unopened and in original condition.
6. Warranty
We guarantee the authenticity of all cards. For graded cards, the stated condition applies. Special conditions apply to collectibles regarding condition.
7. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland.
