- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation - we'll provide return instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging with protection
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunded to your card (3-5 business days)
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged/Wrong item: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
